Intake December 2007-February 2008

I. Condition Apply

1. This form is published for high quality candidad recruitment as Amalie-IU Si AyAm petokpetok’s (ASAP) boyfriend.

2. The recruitment will follow 3 steps:

· Download & fill application form & document

§ 1^st intake December 2007-February 2008

§ 2^nd intake August 2008-October 2008

§ 3^rd intake April 2009-Juni 2009

· Selection

o Candidads’ allowed to get through will be sorted into 5 grades (A1, A2, B1, B2, C) as the available criteria level, and the chart will be updated every month

· Final

o The selected will chosen on last 2009 or early 2010, after ASAP’s graduation of Bachelor Degree

3. The mark is honoured not just from out-looking, but prefer from applicants’ ability, lifeskill, religion quality. So, the meeting will be hold if required. Contact our online service

4. The schofflaw didn’t obey the rule as long as detailed examination will executed.

II. General

1. Indonesian or foreigner citizenship is accepted (Asian is prominent).

2. Moslem 100% (min. do prayer 5 times/day & read Al-Qur’an fluently) or mualaf or somebody who has great attendance in Islam is welcomed

3. All ethnic group is available (has Balinese or Melayu ancestor is prominent)

4. Age range from 1 years under ASAP’s till 6 years above (note: 16-23 years old by December 2007)

5. Single/not in serious relationship (applicant who has had engagement or in relationship must ready to sever his relationship min. 2 weeks after acceptance)

III. Education Background

1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from well-known-and-good-reputable-university in Indonesia or overseas by 2010. All graduate are welcomed (Electro/Information Tehnology/Business Management major is prominent).

2. Report average above 8.0 from scale 10.0 (if still in high school) or GPA 3.5 above from scale 4.0 (for university student)

3. Active in school/university activities or others community will give ++

IV. Family Background

1. Proper family environment.

2. All family backround is welcomed (Balinese or Melayu is prominent)

3. Have gotten RPL/SIP (Relationship Permission Letter/Surat Izin Pacaran) from parents or guardian (can be followed lately a month after the acceptance)

V. Skills, Ability

1. Fluently English active & passive

2. TOEFL min. 580 (PBT) or 98 (IBT) or IELTS 7. Not accept TOEIC or GMAT result!

3. Have another skill in language will give point ++ (foreign language or vocational), ex: Japanese must required in Hiragana, Katakana & Kanji, Javanese must fluent in using krama, krama inggil, Sansekerta handwriting, etc.

4. Can play some music instruments (piano is prominent)

VI. Figure & Healthy

1. Height min. 175cm with proporsional weight

2. Love sport active

3. Serious-dishes patient please attach doctor’s/parent’s/guardian’s letter

4. Not a smoker

5. Not a heavy-drunker (wine/sake with less alcohol is still considered)

6. Not a color-blindman

7. Not have to be handsome but nice smiley person is an obligation

VII. Term & Condition

1. Agree with long distance relationship if required

2. Won’t try 2 think the next step relationship until ASAP finishes her Phd or Master Degree (S2)

3. Consider with busy girlfriend

4. Agree with 5B2FD (5-Busy-2-Free-Day)

5. If the applicant is still required for the next level, can apply for the next level scholarship. Contact our online service for more details

6. No physical contact as long as relationship run
